The final step in getting to manufacture, the tech pack contains the instructions to sew your garment and all the supplies needed. This package includes:

Print on Demand Garment Tech Pack - Starting at $500

Want to start your own Print on Demand business? Now you can create your own line of garment blanks that fit as you want and are constructed in the material of your choice. Select from our library of block patterns, which may be customized, and we build a tech pack to get you into manufacturing your own blanks. We’ll also sew a sample for you in your preferred material. This package includes:

  • Scaled Images of the front and back of your product with callouts for construction details and trims, stitch types, fabrications and measurements.

  • Bill of Materials 

  • Pattern Parts List

Tech Pack Review- Starting at $350

For those that already have a tech pack, we can review it for accuracy to ensure it is clear and error free. Use your own template or transfer to ours, either way we will provide you with a detailed report of suggested improvements and corrections. If you don’t have a tech pack yet, you can use our Excel template. At a minimum, we will review these sections for you:

  • Sketches for Details, Stitches, Fabrication and Measurements

If you need to transition or diversify production, improve manufacture, or formalize the design in a written document, we can create a customized tech pack for you based only on your final, approved sewn sample. The style of your product won’t change, but your production will! This package includes:

  • Scaled, technical photographs of your sample with callouts for construction details and trims, stitch types, fabrications and measurements.

  • Additional views of any unique details

  • Bill of Materials 

  • Pattern Parts List 

  • Sequence of Construction 

  • Measurement Chart for all sizes (provided by client)

Spec Sheet - Starting at $500

If you have a non-clothing product that is one size and less than 5 pieces, you don’t need a full tech pack, just a spec sheet. This package includes:

  • Pattern Parts List 

  • Scaled Images with dimension labeling

  • Bill of Materials 

  • Sequence of Construction
